Then I go to page design and and put in these settings: page width 96 height 36. Printer up as pdf printer with the newly created custom paper size. I then created a new publisher document and set the I found a posting here with a similar problem and followed the instructions to create a new form name and size in the print server properties.
I have tried everything I can find to correct the issue.
